Randy Fleisher
Managing Partner

Until September 2016, when he founded Hamilton Realty Finance, Randy was Managing Director of the Jones Lang LaSalle (“JLL”) Dallas Debt & Equity platform. Prior to joining JLL, Randy was the founder of Quadrant Realty Finance (“QRF”), a boutique Real Estate Investment Banking firm located in Dallas, Texas, which JLL acquired in June 2013. Since its formation in 2010, QRF placed over $1.5 billion in debt and equity financings. Prior to joining QRF, he was a Managing Director at CBRE.

Prior to his employment with CBRE, Randy was an attorney with the law firm of Monk Goodwin in Winnipeg, Canada, practicing real estate and commercial law. Randy holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of Manitoba, a Master of Science in Real Estate & Finance from the University of North Texas, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, Investment, and Banking from the University of Wisconsin.

Jeff Zickefoose
Managing Partner

Jeff has been involved in commercial real estate since 1995 and is currently a Partner at Hamilton Realty Finance. Jeff joined Hamilton after a merger with BES Capital Markets, where he was the founding Principal. Prior to BES, Jeff was Executive Vice President of JLL within the Debt & Equity platform of the Dallas Capital Markets Team. Jeff also has a long track record originating debt on behalf of several national leading commercial mortgage debt providers. Most recently, he was Executive Director and responsible for the Dallas office of Ladder Capital. Jeff was also a Director for Prudential Mortgage Capital Corporation covering Texas, Vice President of Southwest Region with CW Capital, and a Director with GE Commercial Finance Real Estate based in Dallas, Texas.

Jeff is a native of Houston, where he attended Cypress Fairbanks High School. He attended Southern Methodist University starting in 1994 and graduated in 1998. He has lived in Dallas ever since.

Curtis Jaggars
Managing Partner

Curtis has been involved in commercial real estate since 1986 and joined Hamilton Realty Finance in 2018.  At Hamilton, Curtis is predominately involved in transactions requiring highly structured finance solutions including senior loans, mezzanine debt, preferred equity, joint venture equity and sponsor equity. From a debt standpoint, Curtis specializes in constructions loans, bridge loans and permanent loans from Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac or HUD.

Prior to joining Hamilton, Curtis was an Executive Vice President of JLL’s Dallas Investment Bank from 2013 until 2018 and specialized in the same type of transaction types as he currently works at Hamilton.  Prior to joining JLL, Curtis was a Director at Quadrant Realty Finance (“QRF”), a boutique real estate investment banking firm in Dallas, Texas, founded in 2010, with several of his current partners at Hamilton. QRF was acquired by JLL in June of 2013.

For 18 years prior to QRF, Curtis was a partner at Catlyn Capital Corp., a private equity real estate investor, also based in Dallas, Texas. At Catlyn, Curtis was responsible for sourcing joint venture equity opportunities, sourcing equity partners, deal underwriting, deal structuring and asset management post-closing.

Jason Piering
Managing Director

Jason has been involved in commercial real estate finance and investment since 1997.  Prior to joining Hamilton Realty Finance, Jason was a Senior Director and Executive Vice President of the Jones Lang LaSalle (“JLL”) Dallas Capital Markets platform for 9 years. Before JLL, Jason was a Partner at Quadrant Realty Finance (“QRF”), a real estate investment banking firm that JLL acquired in 2013. Before facilitating the establishment and growth of QRF, Jason was a Vice President of Debt & Equity finance at CBRE for 10 years. Prior to CBRE, Jason was a financial analyst at Goldman Sachs Commercial Mortgage Capital. Jason started his real estate career at LJ Melody & Company, a family-owned commercial real estate finance company.

Throughout his real estate tenure, Jason has originated, structured, sourced and closed construction, bridge and permanent debt as well as JV equity, pref equity and mezz for land, hospitality, self-storage, medical office, industrial, retail, multi-family, office and mixed-use commercial real estate transactions in excess of $10 billion. Jason has a B.S. and a B.A. from The University of Texas at Dallas and has served as a Board Member for Children’s Hospital and the YMCA – Park Cities branch.

Marcus Steele
Advisor

Marcus has been involved in commercial real estate for over 30 years. Before joining HRF, he was a partner in a real estate capital markets firm that closed over $50 Billion in investment sales and structured finance transactions; debt and equity his primary focus. Prior to that, he was principal at Pension Consulting Alliance, a consulting firm representing over $750 Billion in investment assets and offering real estate investment advisory service to some of North America’s largest pension funds such as CalSTRS, CalPERS and United Nations.

Earlier in his career, Marcus was part of Hillwood’s strategic group tasked with researching and identifying national opportunities in logistics supported industrial real estate development. He was also a senior executive for Maguire Thomas Partners, one of the nation’s most prestigious developers known for development of institutional quality projects using world-class designers and Fortune 100 joint venture partners. He received his MBA from the University of Southern California and was a Naval Aviator and Fighter Pilot in the USMC.

Sam Leopold
Senior Vice President

Sam has been in commercial real estate since 1984 in various roles including the underwriting, marketing, and closing of commercial real estate debt and equity transactions.

Sam served as in house Counsel for MDC Holdings (NYSE), A Fortune 500 Company whose subsidiaries build homes and originate mortgages

Sam has a BA from Arizona State University and a JD and Masters of Law in Taxation from The University of Denver.

Hayden Sieling
Vice President

Hayden joined Hamilton Realty Finance in March of 2020 after graduating from the University of Texas at Austin in 2019 with a BBA in Finance, Real Estate. At Hamilton, Hayden is involved in the underwriting, marketing, and closing of commercial real estate debt and equity transactions. Hayden has worked on multifamily, retail, office, and industrial transactions, among others, covering the entire capital stack and ranging in size from $500,000 to $80,500,000. As of August 2022, Hayden has been involved in the closing of 67 transactions totaling roughly $825 million.
